Whether he is on the air, in the club, or in the studio producing music, the energetic, fun, and edgy attitude of Mike Hush is always visible in his work. The Brooklyn native has been DJ-ing since age 14, and has wowed crowds at legendary New York City nightclubs such as the Sound Factory and Exit, and most recently Mansion.
After attending college at SUNY Oneonta and obtaining a degree in audio production Hush worked at a few small market radio stations, driving the station van and handing out t-shirts. Eventually he landed a job as a production assistant and broadcast engineer at Pulse 87.7fm. He has remained a part of the Pulse 87 family ever since, and can now be heard Sunday Nights on the new Pulse87ny.com.
When he is not on the radio or in the club, Mike Hush spends his time in the studio producing his own dance tracks. He just finished a single with R&B singer/songwriter Rachel Vogt titled “Today is Not Your Day”, which is now available on iTunes.
